Coming into Week 9, Oklahoma, Stanford, and Ohio State are the current top three ranked teams whileWilliam & Mary is ranked 11th and could even break into the top 10 depending on how this weekend goes. Needless to say, it’s going to be an exciting weekend.

March 8 (2pm ET) Penn State @ Illinois

Coming off of their big week last weekend, Penn State will be traveling to take on Illinois. As it stands, Penn State and Illinois are ranked back to back. These teams have complementary strengths on most events, but there should be a tight competition on rings and high bar.

March 8 (2pm ET) Navy @ William & Mary

The Midshipmen will be travelling to Tribe turf for their competition this Saturday. This will be a tight competition, particularly on floor, rings, parallel bars. and vault. Both teams have had ups and downs so far, so it’s hard to say exactly what to expect this weekend.

March 8 (2pm ET) Ohio State @ Nebraska

Ohio State has climbed up to third place and Nebraska is currently ranked seventh in the NCAA. This weekend they’ll go head-to-head at Nebraska. Between the two teams, this should be a particularly exciting meet for fans of floor and parallel bars, though there’s never a bad time to catch the Ohio State vault lineup.

March 8 California @ Stanford (7pm ET) [Stanford International Collegiate]

Cal and Stanford will be competing this Saturday night at the Stanford International Collegiate. Stanford is definitely the projected winner, but it’s worth noting that we haven’t seen Stanford consistently field all of their top athletes this season. It’s hard to know who exactly we’ll see this week.

Greenville and Simpson will face off against one another to close out the weekend. Greenville is the projected winner. It’s worth noting that their floor squad is currently ranked 5th in the NCAA.
